About Us
Aadya Kashi foundation is an NGO working for education empowerment and environment as a whole. The 3E propaganda of Aadya Kashi foundation reflects the foundation of this organisation. Aadya Kashi foundation's prime Moto is to channelize the gap between these E's in our society, we live in, by the means of existing under-utilised potential, making it a better habitat for all.
The very impression of underutilized potential we have as children who lack opportunity to become a diamond and shine bright. The organisation started its work informally, basically on deprived children but as journey moved forward, various loopholes emerged as challenges such as poverty, health, lack of formal education, parenting and unemployment etc.. in order to strengthen our human resources. Therefore the organisation believes in working for all related aspects of social welfare.

Founder and CEO
Neha Dubey, an individual social worker, is a known name to many for long time now, in the streets and the ghats of Varanasi. Her personal vision of educating and empowering others became a torch bearer of her own struggles for helping needy people. She started her journey being a volunteer in My Home India (an organization started from northeast India with the aim of Sapno se Apno tak), since 2015. In 2016, she became the Coordinator of Bal Samvardhan Abhiyan, lighting the lamp of education in slums, streets and basti, along with her enrollment in M.A. in social work from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. MSW 2016-2018 batch started a mahamana maitri mission along with sankalp sandhya occasion on the punya tithi of Mahamana ji. With association to Mahamana Matri Mission Ngo, as a Secretary, she along with her team, worked as an educator across the boundaries of BHU in slum area and also helped them in setting up a LIBRARY by collecting unused/donor books.
After her masters she accepted the full time placement in MHI as a VARANASI COORDINATOR and worked as teacher as well counselor for 3 basti and shelter homes. She was also the part of MHI's initiative of collaborating the lost girl childrens' back to their families and helping them out in typical situation.
Since then the journey is on and on with more than 'n' projects and activities as well 5 year of work experience with MHI. After that until the registration of Aadya kashi foundation on March 2021, she kept on working along with her team again as an Individual social work, always serving the society and Nation, she lives in and making a better habitat for all.
Throughout her journey she has been renowned by serval honour and recognition such as Bharat Ratna Ustaad Bismillah Khan award 2018,Balika Suraksha jagrukta award 2019, Ideal women welfare society award, saathi- The true friend award , and many more

To connect unprivileged children or children from seva-basti for formal education and regular schooling.
To focus prominently on adolescent girls and girl children’s education from slum areas.
To work on basic physical health facilities of deprived sections of the society.
To work on spreading awareness about mental illnesses and hygiene eradication of stigma related to it and to reduce treatment gap.
